Two weeks with your team to map the workflow, the data and the constraints. You get a written scope, a fixed price and a delivery date before anyone writes code.

Design
Screens and system architecture in parallel. We prototype the three flows that carry the most traffic first, and test them with your actual users.

Build
Two-week increments with a working build at the end of each one. Same senior engineers from start to finish — nothing gets handed to a junior team.
